At DSS, we believe that a company is only as strong as its people, so she keeps the entire team motivated and on the same page. Prior to joining DSS, she held senior management positions in multinational companies and a government agency in the Philippines.

Leon is a versatile digital media and communications expert who has worked with global brands and small startups in the areas of digital marketing, operations delivery and strategic planning. Leon has developed and led high performing co-located and cross-functional teams. His mission at DSS: delivering tailor-made solutions and strategies that are in line with your growth objectives and budget.

Wellington, New Zealand-based Kane leads DSS’ talent acquisition team. A big believer in applying market intelligence to robust recruitment processes, his mission is to help clients bridge talent shortages in their home markets by tapping the DSS outsourcing portfolio.

Kane has six years of experience in IT recruitment, both in-house and with agencies, and has worked with organisations ranging from government agencies to multinational corporations.

Anthony has 27 years of success in programme and project management, operations and IT software development for airlines, telecommunications companies, IT consultants and government agencies throughout Asia and Europe.

With over 15 years of experience in the BPO industry, Evelyn bridges clients to success with an organised and process-driven strategy. Her proactive improvements utilise her to see opportunities to get clients a better experience. This creates beneficial relationships with clients, allowing them to reach their goals smoothly.
